No Show Fee
We have had to introduce a No Show fee, which means if a dog is booked in with us to be groomed and failed to turn up without 24 hours notice, there will be a fee of %50 of the groom cost. The reason for this is, a small number of people who book, fail to turn up, this means another customer misses out on a potential slot.
Failure to pay this fee would mean we would not allow the owner to bring their dog to us to be groomed until the fee is paid.
Cancellation Fee
If you have a dog booked in with us, and need to cancel we require 24 hour notice for this, the reason for this is it then allows us to book another dog in its place. The fee will depend on which service/dog was booked in.
Under certain circumstances, we can sympathise with where this may not be possible and will deal with each individual case as it arises.
